Postcards from Azeroth: Zangarmarsh


I'm pretty certain I've mentioned my fondness for World of Warcraft on here a couple of times in the past, and although I'm not currently playing (I haven't even tried the new expansion yet!) I still get nostalgic about the game. I've decided to start yet another little series to run alongside my calendars and spirit animals entitled 'Postcards from Azeroth'. The idea is to produce an illustrated postcard for every single WoW zone and major city, there's really quite a few so I imagine it will take a fair while! Even if you don't know too much about WoW or aren't too keen, I think a lot of the zones are really pretty so you might still enjoy these illustrations - I hope so anyway!

    I've never played WoW but of course I know of it and I've seen screenshots, I played Runescape instead. I love this postcard and I think it sounds like a great idea for a series.

    I don't really know anything about WoW but this little postcard is so colourful and beautiful, it completely changes my perception of what I was expecting WoW to be, I have to admit I imagined it to be more Lord of the Rings, just shows how little I know :) xx

      Aaw, I'm really glad that it did! It's quite a varied game with lots of unique places - not really as gritty as LOTR, more cartoony I suppose! Thank you for your comment :) xxx

    I've never played WoW before but my boyfriend does so I showed him this and he thought it was awesome. I think it's awesome too - the colour combination is great!
