I'm really inspired by everything pastel at the moment, despite the fact that Summer is pretty much over! It's such a shame that we didn't get much good weather. It's actually been thundering and lightning here for the past couple of days. Maybe September will be nice!

I found Juliet's blog a little while ago, and since then have been an avid reader. I would encourage you all to go and have a little look, as she posts about a wide range of things, so there really is something for everyone! Juliet also has the best hair around with her wicked blonde streak - so awesome! I loved illustrating her.

I finished this little illustration this morning, and I'm really pleased with how it turned out. It's inspired by Katy Perry (I'm sure you all realised that though!) - I thought it would be fun to illustrate her seeing as her new film has just been released.
I love her new purple hair, she seems to be able to pull off pretty much any colour! I also included her amazing red velvet dress which I think she wore at the premiere.
