Travel Posters: Italy

Thank you for your suggestions on my last post! I really like the idea of illustrating some of the Scandinavian countries and Ireland. Pinterest has become my best friend whilst researching all of these beautiful places. I've actually really been enjoying creating these as they are a little different from the usual illustrations I get to make and it's good practise for me!

Travel Posters: Japan

I've been looking for inspiration on Pinterest recently and I'm usually glued to the travel section! I'm not a particularly big traveller as I HATE flying and airports but there's so many awesome places I'd love to visit and seeing as I can't, I thought I'd illustrate them instead. I've seen lots of retro style travel posters around lately, but I hope to include some more unusual places that people might not have necessarily known about. Do you have any interesting suggestions that you'd like to see?

Etsy Finds: Chokers

Chokers seem to be super popular lately, and are actually one of the few 90's trends I really love (along with jellies of course!). I was browsing for affordable chokers a little while ago, and I came across this lovely Etsy shop which stocks a huge handmade range. I chose the pretty pearl one and when it arrived, the kind lady who runs the shop had even included a free necklace! A guy in Boots also complimented me on it so that's a good enough endorsement for me. What do you guys think? Are you a fan of chokers?

A Blogger for Every Month: The Style Rawr!

That should probably be 'bloggers' though, as this months blog is one of my all-time favourites: The Style Rawr! If you don't already follow Tara & Jade's blog then you are definitely missing out, these girls are the best. I've nominated them in this years Company Blog Awards, and I'm really hoping that 2014 will be their year - they so deserve to win 'Best Blogging Duo' - I'm keeping my paws crossed!

Violet & Ted's Eggcellent Adventure!

Well, here it is! Jennie and I have been working on this little story for a while now and I'm so pleased to be able to share it with you. Jennie has written a beautiful story to accompany my illustrations and I really hope you enjoy it!

Happy Easter, Bunnies!

Happy Easter guys! I hope you all have a lovely long weekend. I knew I wanted to create an Easter themed post (aside from V&T) however I wanted to do something a little different so I thought I'd have a go at making some bunny patterns. They are surrounded by all of their favourite Easter treats! I didn't realise bunnies enjoy eating rose petals, but apparently they do - maybe you can treat your pet this weekend. Anyway, have any of you got any fun plans? I've already partially destroyed a white chocolate egg!

Dracarys-Lite

Game of Thrones is now back on our screens, so of course this meant I had to draw some cute baby dragons! After I had finished, I realised that some of them look a little like Moomins. I haven't had a chance to watch the new episode yet, so no spoilers please! I've added this to my Society6 store and it's available on bags, cushions, and t-shirts.
