I carried on working with mixed media on acrylic paper today. I'm pleased with how these turned out, although they look much more metallic in real life.

I tried abit of a mixed media experiment today, using metallic paint, acrylic, newspaper, ink, and a little oil pastel. Unfortunately you can't really see the metallic background very well on the scans, but I'm quite pleased with how they turned out.
I'm going to try doing a few more in a similar style to this.

I thought I would try abit of an experiment today - using oil pastels. I have barely ever worked with them and it was actually really fun. These pictures were done in pencil, pen, ink and pastels.
Well, today I wasn't feeling too inspired. I spent ages looking around for pictures I liked and eventually found one of Jessica Stam which this drawing was based on. I did it in pencil, pen, and a little bit of ink. I'm pretty pleased with how this one turned out in the end seeing as I wasn't really in the mood to draw, and thought I wouldn't get anything at all done today!
A quick little sketch I did today.
I'm going to start working on my next city canvas soon, hopefully I will still manage to find the time to post these random drawings I do.
The next canvas is going to be based on New York.

I have been working on a couple of canvases lately, so I've barely had time to do anything else. I can't quite remember who these models are but I drew them in pen, pencil, and crayon.
I will try to update much more after I finish the little project I'm working on.
This is my most recent canvas which I have done in acrylic, ink, and glue. I have never worked on one so big before (170cm x 70cm) and I'm pretty please with how it turned out.
The photo isn't the most amazing as you can't really see the glue but nevermind!
I'm planning on doing a series on cities at night, hopefully with each canvas based on a different city.
This is a little painting I did inspired by a photograph of Natasha Poly. It's done in pen, pencil, ink and acrylic. I really like the braid with the metal spikes in it.
This is a quick pencil and pen drawing I did of model Siri Tollerod.
I thought she looked pretty cute in her hat, and her hair looks awesome when its red.
