Here is March's calendar for you to print or use as your phone lock-screen, whatever you like!

I spotted this competition on Twitter a little while ago and thought the brief sounded really fun so I decided to give it a go! The inspiration behind the brief is to design a poster celebrating creativity in Sweden. I've chosen to feature some of Stockholm's most famous and recognisable buildings, with oversized children painting the scenery. I'd love to know what you think of my design!

I pretty much love every Marchesa collection but I thought this one was extra special. Wedding dress inspo for Tara? I think so!

I have a double bill for you today as Silvermoon is situated in Eversong Woods so I thought it'd make sense. Eversong Woods is the Blood Elf start area (my main character is a Blood Elf Warlock - represent!) and is probably one of the prettiest zones in the game. Silvermoon City is awesome too but it's usually pretty quiet as it's not a main hub. I love the architecture of the Blood Elves so much!

Another retro inspired beauty illustration using a 60's style colour palette! I'd like to do some more of these; are there any other S/S shows that had interesting makeup looks?

Happy Valentine's Day! I hope you all have a really brilliant day no matter what you're doing.

A beauty look from the Giorgio Armani Prive Couture show which I thought was super beautiful and wearable. I might try to recreate this sometime!

The next postcard in my WoW series is from Redridge Mountains. When I played Alliance this was probably one of my favourite zones! It's really pretty. The little town in my illustration is called Lakeshire with the lake itself being called Lake Everstill - sounds pretty picturesque to me!
You can read up on the history of Redridge here.

Here is my illustrated movie poster for the current East End Prints exhibition 'True Romance'! My poster is based on the Jim Jarmusch film 'Only Lovers Left Alive' which is centered around two centuries-old vampire lovers, Adam and Eve. The two are living half a world away from each other but Eve decides to visit Adam in Detroit after recognising that Adam is depressed and struggling to find his place in modern society (he's also a musician, hence the guitar).
If you're in London the exhibition is running until the 17th of February so there's still plenty of time to check it out! There's some really amazing movie-inspired artwork on display so it's most definitely worth a visit.

Inspired by beautiful jewellery and gems. I have a few more of these planned. Do you have a favourite jewellery designer/brand?

A little while ago my good blogging pal Tara announced that she was engaged! I decided I definitely wanted to create an illustration for her to mark the special occasion but I spent a fair while deciding what to do. This is what I managed to come up with! One of Tara's favourite animals is a hummingbird, so there is a tiny little one nestled in her bouquet. The rest of the illustration is super simple, but I'm hoping it still looks interesting and timeless.
Congratulations T! I'm so pleased for you!

Here is another cool thing I've had the opportunity to work on this year. At the start of January, Jim got in touch to ask if I'd like to create the artwork for his new single 'In Hell', I was super chuffed and had a blast creating the illustrations! I can't share the full sleeve just yet, just this little snippet. I'm pretty excited to blog about it when the single is released in April!
To celebrate the new release, Jim will be playing an intimate London show at Servant Jazz Quarters on Monday 20th April. Tickets go on sale today and you can pick them up from Ticketweb.

This was another collection that I really adored. I think this dress is so wearable and would probably be good for autumn/winter too paired with some thick tights. Look at those star boots!

I have some very exciting news to share with you today. My work will be featured in a new exhibit hosted by East End Prints this February! I submitted a movie inspired poster to Amelia's open brief and was very fortunate to be chosen! I'll keep the movie I chose a surprise for now but I'll definitely be blogging about it sometime in the future.
This exhibit is doubly special because it will also feature a whole host of prints from Amelia's 'That Which We Do Not Understand' collection - including my Golden Rabbit illustration. All of the prints will be available to buy from the exhibition but if you don't live in London, you can also purchase them from Amelia's online store.
Amelia has written a really great blog post all about the new exhibit so please do take a peek. If you live in London, please let me know if you decide to attend, I'm sure it will be really fantastic and jam-packed with some awesome prints!

I was very excited when an email from Hotel Chocolat popped up in my inbox telling me that a fellow blogger had chosen me as their secret Valentine and I would be receiving some yummy treats from their Valentine's range! As it turns out, it was the lovely Jennie who nominated me and I can't thank her enough!
I was sent the gorgeous Sleekster Valentines Selection which is jam-packed with delicious heart shaped truffles. The box contains plenty of unusual flavours including, balsamic caramel, lemon berry tart, salted almond praline, and gin truffle heart. Let me just tell you, they are all amazing! Hotel Chocolat is known for the excellent quality of their chocolates and this box doesn't disappoint. It is priced at a reasonable £22 and you receive 27 hearts - I'm sure most people would be delighted to receive this as a gift!

Today's postcard is from Elwynn Forest! Elwynn is the human starting zone and is therefore fairly gentle. The weird little creature in the illustration is a Kobold - they like to wear candles on their heads, presumably because they work in a mine (they get pretty upset when you try to take their candles!).
You can read all about Elwynn Forest here.
