Charity Illustrations

After collaborating with Shannon on her new blog illustrations, she asked if I'd be willing to help her out with a charity project she is currently working on. I said of course, and here are the results! 


Shannon is the creator of Family Fun Day Events, a charitable organisation who host a whole range of activities and events, this year Shannon has planned an 80's themed evening to raise money for Cancer Research UK, The Autism Trust and Peach! She asked me to create a 'Back to the 80's' poster to promote the evening so I tried to go all out and design a poster that was eye catching and in keeping with the 80's theme! I even designed a super 80's pattern (nostalgia!). Shannon also asked if I'd design a little logo that she could use for business cards etc, so I tried to create an illustration that was cute and timeless - I really love the little donkey the most!

    Wow what an amazing project, it really warms my heart to know that some people still worry and do an effort to help others! And I LOVE the 80's poster Carly, the 80's were just the best! xxx <3

      Thank you so much Marta :) Shannon is definitely working really hard on this project so I hope it is a success! Aha, yes - I went scouring the web for the most 80's fonts around! xxx
